Celebrating the wins…
Congratulations to Terry (Wattle Park am) who recently smashed his goal in the Peaks Challenge Bike Ride… a gruelling 235km ride which included 4400m of ascent. Terry’s goal was to break 12 hours and we congratulate him on a finish time of 11hours 47 minutes!
Those attending the recently-introduced Friday night shred session are loving the variety, fun and stress-relief this class brings to the end of a working week. Try it for yourself!

InBody Analysis
John Verbi will be condicting dexascans at bootcamp session on the following dates:
Monday 11th April (Wattle Park am and pm)
Tuesday 12th April (Fawkner Park)
Saturday 16th April (Como Park)
The InBody analysis will accurately determine your levels of body fat, lean muscle mass, and muscular development so that you can understand how your diet, lifestyle, and exercise regime are impacting on your overall body composition.
Make the most of your training by:
1. Investing in your mentor. Share your goals with one another and hold each other accountable
2. Connecting with others. Be sure to join our What’s App group (Text your name and number to 0405334061- Katrina if you need the link to join) to enjoy the informal camaraderie and banter, as well as our facebook and instagram.
3. Sharing your wins. Celebrate your small successes as well as striving for your ‘big, hairy, audacious goal’ whether that be the goal of running 5km, competing in a series of fun runs or turning up to every session for the month.
