The Living Edge has been delivering ORIGINAL BOOTCAMPTM across Melbourne since 2007, with great success. Original Bootcamp is the world’s longest-running and most respected bootcamp fitness program, founded by internationally renowned fitness experts Chief Brabon and Emilie Brabon-Hames.

We provide Original BootcampTM programs at Wattle Park (Burwood) and Fawkner Park (South Yarra). Our highly experienced and qualified team of trainers will ensure you are challenged, supported and encouraged as you work to achieve your health and wellness goals. Tactical Advantage is a sport-specific conditioning program. It allows sporting clubs and corporate teams to benefit from a version of the highly effective military-inspired training methods of ORIGINAL BOOTCAMPTM  that is adapted to meet the specific needs, goals and values of their team or workplace. 

Our Master Trainer, Dave Murray, has more than a decade’s experience as Exercise Science Advisor to such professional AFL clubs as Collingwood, Carlton and Hawthorn.

seal pups

Inspiring Australian youth to seek out, participate in and enjoy physical activity’

Seal Pups is our child-specific bootcamp activity program that enables young participants to improve their coordination, cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance and problem solving through participation in military-inspired exercises as part of a motivational and challenging group. It enables children to experience, first hand, the intrinsic rewards of regular physical activity and, as such, will encourage a lifelong commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The Seals Pup program can be offered within schools as regular lunchtime sessions, a series of sessions during Physical Education classes, or after school sessions for both parents and children running concurrently. In addition, the Seal Pups program can be modified to provide sport-specific training for sporting clubs, sports camps, pre-season training sessions or simply an opportunity to add some variety to your training schedule.

Nowadays it is not easy to find a place where the sense of community is at the forefront. The Original Bootcamp, lead by Sarge Dave Murray from The Living Edge, ticks this important box. From the first day, one can feel the camaraderie, support and encouragement that uplift the spirit during the hardest part of training or the coldest day of winter. I started training with The Living Edge in 2014. A short break to have my daughter and then I was back to Bootcamp. This is a great outdoor program with a variety of cardio and weight training.
